Who We Are
Notable educators and public servants are selected to be Distinguished Fellows of the Bowen Center for Public Affairs by the co-directors. The Fellows assist in launching and conducting research and service programs and projects.
Former Indianapolis Mayor Bart Peterson was named the first Bowen Center for Public Affairs Distinguished Fellow in the summer of 2008. He taught an interdisciplinary course during the 2009 spring semester and assisted in launching several initiatives including the Center’s Community Conversation Series.
Greg Fehribach, was designated a Bowen Center for Public Affairs Distinguished Fellow in April 2009. He is an Indianapolis attorney and a leading consultant on accessibility design. Fehribach is currently directing research on barriers facing people with disabilities.
