Who We Are
Susan Gerard – Administrative Coordinator, Bowen Center for Public Affairs and VSTOP
Susan has worked in the Bowen Center for Public Affairs for five years. Previously she was employed at the Hartford City Chamber of Commerce and the Blackford County Economic Development Corporation. She graduated with her Associates of Arts degree from Ball State in 2015.
Jessica Martin – Project Manager, VSTOP
Jessica is the newest member of the VSTOP Team. Prior to joining Ball State she worked for Travis County Information Technology Services and the Elections Division in Austin, TX. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN and is currently working on a MS Degree in Information and Communication Sciences.
Manikantesh (“Mani”) Kilaru – Information Technology Specialist, VSTOP
Mani has been working as an Information Technology Specialist with VSTOP since February 2016. Previously, he worked as a Graduate Assistant with the Alumni Center at Ball State University, while pursuing his Master’s degree in Computer Science. He graduated in December 2015. He has experience working in IT organizations as a Software Engineer.
Hayley Griffith – Publications Specialist
Hayley is a junior political science student and has worked in the Bowen Center for Public Affairs since January 2018. She received her Associates degree from Vincennes University while in high school before coming to Ball State to further her education in the political field. She hopes to hone her skills with an internship in the spring of 2019 before entering law school that fall.
